On 19th of March 2013, a group of OLSC Bahrain fans gathered at Bahrain Society of Engineers in Juffair, Kingdom of Bahrain to announce the formation of the local Liverpool Supporters Club. The event was attended by 100 fans where a presentation was made by the founder Dr. Dheya Tawfiqi about the plan for the official registration of OLSC Bahrain.
In October 2013, OLSC Bahrain received its official recognition from Liverpool Football Club as one of its official supporter’s club. On 21st of April 2016, it was registered with Ministry of Social Affairs under Bahrain Liverpool Friends Society. On 23rd September 2019 Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports granted it recognition for registering OLSC Bahrain under Liverpool Supporters Club Association.
